The Bois d’Arc tree is special to me and my family. It is a joy having the opportunity to share my experiences and insights about the Osage Orange, hedge apple, and Bois d’Arc tree with you. I’m here to speak for a tree demonized by all institutions, loved by few individuals, and untimely needed by all of us. Osage can help grow back a diverse forest, as new pest and disease decimate the elms, pines, and oaks across the sky lines.
